Managing Director
Stuart joined Malcolm Hughes in 2013 and has over 17 years’ experience in the geospatial profession. He leads the business’s CAD production and 3D modelling capability, and has been instrumental in adopting BIM technology and CAA-approved UAV services across the company. Stuart is also an RICS registered Expert Witness for boundary disputes.

Operations Director
Vincent joined Loy Surveys in 2007 and became survey manager in 2014, overseeing the business’s Scottish operations ahead of the 2018 rebrand that unified the group under the Malcolm Hughes name. He now focuses on client liaison and commercial management across the UK.

Mathew has over 21 years’ experience as a land and hydrographic surveyor. He joined Loy Surveys in 2008 and manages the Scotland office, with particular experience in offshore infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
